No read the list criteria. You have simply continued the same problems not following guidelines from the previous article. The list criteria is very clear: "The following is a topical outline of English Wikipedia articles about Kazak military history." You need to provide verifiablereliable sources showing the content meets list criteria. Being part of an empire does not mean the Kazaks were automatically involved in every conflict that empire was involved in.
