Contested deletion
This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (your reason here)
I created this article, which is not my first, as a very temporary placeholder for a better and more fleshed out version. Libka IS notable as an MLB umpire; see WP:ATHLETE... Later today I will flesh out the article and add links to other details; this is only a stub. D. Benjamin Miller (talk) 12:24, 14 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
A question
This article states without reference that Libka is the "only umpire in Major League Baseball who is part of the LGTBQ+ community." I didn't know this, and googled for more info. I don't see any. Is it possible that whomever included this confused Libka with Dale Scott? I may be missing something, but I think this is incorrect...
