Contested deletion
This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because reports produced in an official capacity by the US Department of Justice, which I will build on and modify quite soon, are not copyrighted. Also, the bulk of the copied text is simply laundry lists of the nature of the sensitive or classified materials which were reported stolen in the government charging document, they don't need to be placed in quotes, they are mere facts of the case which are generally conveyed to readers in a list.
