I formalized what you probably already know about your question on VfD, at Wikipedia:Votes for deletion#July 10.

The heading you tried to create there began appropriately with 4 =-signs, but never balanced them and therefore broke the section-editability of the rest of the page. (Perhaps that was just an oversight, since i assume it would have the same effect on eo:.)

You probably don't need much help, after your eo: work, but you still might find these links helpful in editing pages or creating new ones: Tutorial, How to edit a page, Naming conventions, Manual of Style. You should probably read our policies at some point too.

And don't feel you have to read every policy document before you do anything. Dive in, be bold in editing, and if you do anything wrong, someone will be quick to correct it and let you know (hopefully, politely!)

To view hindi properly have a look at, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Enabling_complex_text_support_for_Indic_scripts if you are using windows you have to enable support for indian languages in your regional and language settings. Thanks for your comments on Sushi. I've added your source to the section on makizushi. That's the first time I've seen maki with an omelette instead of nori wrapping the sushi. I'm sorry, I didn't realise that there was an alternative to "O God"- I should have checked. You can change it to the version you think is preferable. Probably the original version by Mr. Watts (if you know what it was) would be the most suitable.

I saw your question on the Tigrinya talk page. "Merhaba" is a loanword from Arabic. "inkwa be-deHna mets'a'ka" is Tigrinya. Literally, it means something like "How good it is that you arrived (mets'aka) well/in good health (be-deHna)." The Amharic equivalent is similar (inkwan dehna meT'ah), the only difference being historical evolution (ka-> h via palatization, H->h from loss of pharyngeal sounds, epiglottal and pharyngel stops ' and ` go to zero, and ts' has a tendency to become T'). Most of us have other Wikipedia interests beyond this as well, but at this event the focus will be discussing Wikipedia's entries on libraries in this area. I was unable to reserve the conference room at Allegro because they are already booked for Mondays. I checked other options and the best one I can find is to remain at Allegro, but take the first Tuesday of the month. Unfortunately that applies to December. Would you be willing to meet only me? Because you are a long-term user and early adopter and a linguist I know that I would be interested in talking to you outside of a group meeting either at Allegro or I could come to you in Belltown. The Allegro on the evening of the 5th would work for me (the earlier start the better, as I live in Skyway and am busbound) or someplace farther south; in Belltown I generally don't have much free time (I'm a supervisor and can't take extended lunch breaks) except before my shift, which generally begins Tuesday through Friday at 2 pm and 11:30 or noon on Saturdays. But if you're free around noon in Belltown, that could work. Or a bookstore or library (did you look at UGL?)?
