Maura McNicholas is a former camogie player.
Career
Bon in Clare, she was winner of 1988's Camogie Minor Player of the Year accolade.[1]
She won Dublin under-12 titles with Celtic and Leinster colleges titles with Colaiste Mhuire, winning two Leinster under-14 medals, a Leinster minor medal and two minor player of the year awards. She averaged ten points a match when the club won its only All Ireland junior championship.[citation needed] She won an All Ireland Vocational Schools medal.
Family
Her mother Kitty played at centre field when Dublin won the Junior All Ireland championship.[citation needed]
