José Berley Arista Arbildo (born 18 August 1959) is a Peruvian politician and economist who served as the Minister of Economy and Finance in the government of President Dina Boluarte from 2024 to 2025, an office he previously held under President Manuel Merino for five days in 2020.[1] He was also the Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation in 2018 under President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski.
