Harsh Patel is an Indian entrepreneur, lawyer, and chartered accountant. He is the founder and CEO of Water & Shark, a multinational conglomerate specializing in accounting, legal, and consulting services.[1]
Early life and education
Harsh Patel was born and brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra.[citation needed] He founded his accountancy company at the age of 19.[2][3]
He is a fellow member of CPA Australia, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a 'foreign lawyer' recognized by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in the UK.[4][failed verification]
Career
Harsh Patel founded Water & Shark over a decade ago.[when?][5] The company provides services in Cross-Border Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Structural Advisory, Transfer Pricing, International Taxation & Corporate Law, Securities Law, and Family Office Structuring. With operations in twelve countries across four continents, the company serves over 100 clients, with a global presence spanning Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.[6][7][tone]
Patel has been a speaker at the 5th session of the European Parliament during the EU-India Leaders Conference 2024 in Brussels, Belgium.[8]
