| Description | English: Tiger was an American oil tanker built for the Socony-Vacuum Oil Company and launched in 1917. Between 1918 and 1919, she was operated by the US Navy as USS Tiger before she was returned to civilian use. In 1942, she was torpedoed by U-754 and sank under tow off Virginia. |
