Français : Le ndolé est un plat camerounais élaboré avec les feuilles vertes de la Vernonia cuites plusieurs fois à l'eau pour leur faire perdre leur amertume puis mélangées avec une pâte d'arachides fraîches et des épices écrasées . On y ajoute des lamelles de poisson ou de viande cuite. Il est servi normalement avec des bananes plaintins fris et du riz. Ici se ne sont pas des bananes mais des patates.
English: (Google Translate) The Cameroonian ndolé is a dish prepared with green leaves of Vernonia cooked several times with water to make them lose their bitterness and then mixed with a paste of raw peanuts and crushed spices.
