The Quarterly Journal of Experimental Psychology is a peer-reviewed open access academic journal. It is published by Sage on behalf of the Experimental Psychology Society. The journal publishes original articles on any topic within the field of experimental psychology including attention, perception, learning, memory, language, reasoning, development & ageing, animal cognition, social cognition, embodiment and other emerging topics.
The journal was established in 1948 and is now published twelve times a year. It has an impact factor of 1.5[1]
The journal is closely linked to the Experimental Psychology Society and income from the journal funds the society's scientific activities.
The journal is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
