Jerry Tse[3] (born 1970[4]), also known as Sheung Lai Tse,[5] is a Hong Kong solicitor who is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.[6] He is currently the CEO of Eddid Financial.[7][8] He was a senior executive at the Asia business of Morgan Stanley,[9] and served as a top DBS banker.[10][11] Early in his career, he was an assistant professor in law at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University,[12] and also taught at the University of London.[13] He holds a DBA from UCAM.[14]

Prior to joining Eddid, Tse was mainly involved in the fields of finance and investment banking.[15] He is the former chairman of investment banking at Everbright Securities in Hong Kong,[16] where he managed its investment banking and principal investments business.[17][18]

Before working at Everbright, Tse was the head of investment banking at DBS Group,[19] where he worked as the CEO of the arm.[20] Previously, he had worked at Deutsche Bank,[21] as well as the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley.[22] In addition, he also authored several law-related books published in English.[23][24]
