The 2023 Liga 3 Riau, is the sixth season of Liga 3 Riau organized by Asprov PSSI Riau.

Followed by 12 clubs. The winner of this competition will advance to the national phase representing Riau Province for promotion to Liga 2.[1]

Preliminary round

A total of 12 teams will be drawn into 2 groups of 6 teams. The preliminary round will be played in double round-robin matches.

The winners and runners-up from each group advanced to the knockout round.
