Criminal Appeal Reports (Sentencing)

The Criminal Appeal Reports (Sentencing),[1] sometimes referred to as the Criminal Appeal (Sentencing) Reports,[2] are a series of law reports[3] of decisions which relate to sentencing.[4]

They are published by Sweet & Maxwell.[5] Publication began in 1979.[6][7] As of 2008, they were published six times each year.[8]

For the purpose of citation, their name may be abbreviated to "Cr App R (S)".[9]
